Fran’s note: With minimal space in the wings for major scenery transitions, the stage design needed to transport the audience around the whole island Skopelos, including Summer Night’s Taverna, Donna’s Bedroom, Sophie’s Bedroom, Loft, Beach, and Jetty. Connection to the surrounding water brought perspective and the beautiful lighting design by Travis took us from dawn till dusk.
